I’m a Chartered Surveyor specialising in party walls. I have a degree in building surveying, and I am regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and I am bound by its strict code of conduct.

  We are completely happy with the service provided by Seventy Seven Surveyors. Kyle was appointed by our neighbours and he was extremely professional and helpful; he explained us the party wall process with great clarity, took photos of our wall and spent quite a bit of time answering all our (many!) questions. We record condition of adjoining owners’ property before work starts.

Party Walls Award

We help resolve the dispute. This includes a schedule of condition.

If you don’t receive consent surveyor(s) need to resolve matters via a party wall award.

Our Hourly Rate

In normal circumstances the Adjoining Owner’s costs are usually paid for by the Building Owner.

As standard we charge a flat hourly rate, we can also quote a fixed cost on request.
